The registration function serves as the heart of the Club’s Database Management System. The Registration Co-ordinator supervises the formation of each team, which includes a team manager(s), coach and assistant coaches, trainers and players. The teams and their members complete an online registration form in order to play under the club banner. Registration forms contain profiled information of each category such as name, address, type of team member, contact information, team name, age, gender and skill level. The registration function allows club profiles to be electronically collected for a variety of categories. Through the online registration system, teams and players, in addition to completing registration profiles, pay for club services using an integrated an online e-commerce engine, which collects and distributes monies as directed by club officials.
